A global electronic components manufacturer is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager for the West Coast region. The role involves managing customer accounts, building strong distributor relationships, and driving sales growth. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment. Distribution Sales Manager – West Coast manages customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with existing customer base, exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolution of issues. Responsible for generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas
Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region
Primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors in order to gain maximum mind share
Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), marketing programs and inventory investment
Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales
Responsible for:
Quotation support and follow up
Input on key regional inventory requirements
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors
Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings
Coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution business
Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs
Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program
Maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors
Other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor or university degree
Five to seven years of experience in sales
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions

Salary Range: $101,400 - $141,900
The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
