Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Distribution Sales Manager. The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, executing sales strategies, managing accounts, and developing business plans. The role will also involve identifying new opportunities for channel sales and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include regular communication with partners, sales forecasting, and reporting activities to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Channel sales and terminal block sales
  • Knowledge in Channel Partners and Channel Sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in the industrial connectors or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
