A leading company in the automotive sector is looking for a Distribution & Logistics Scholar. In this role, you will generate reports and manage inventory coverage, contributing to strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates are active university students with strong MS Office and communication skills, with availability until December 2025.

Formación

• Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
• Fluent in English.
• Availability from August to December 2025, between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs.

As a Distribution & Logistic Scholar you will play a vital role in driving our sales and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include generating insightful reports and indicators related to new vehicle sales, managing inventory coverage, and ensuring effective communication with our logistics suppliers and dealer network. You will be instrumental in supporting our strategic decision-making processes and enhancing our service delivery through data-driven insights.

What awaits you?

• Generate reports and indicators for new vehicle sales, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information.
• Prepare reports on the inventory coverage of new vehicles to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Create purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders for logistics suppliers, ensuring resource availability.
• Develop reports measuring service indicators (KPIs) for logistics suppliers, contributing to continuous process improvement.
• Manage the mass distribution of information to the dealer network, including unit offers and updates on operational impacts.

What should you bring along?

• Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
• Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
• Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
• Live in Toluca area will be an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
