Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Distribution Center Supervisor to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our service-oriented warehouse. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a collaborative spirit to the role, fostering a team culture while continuously driving improvements in service delivery and efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational alignment with customer expectations and internal KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Maintain constant communication with key clients to ensure service alignment and operational readiness.
• Manage personnel performance, development, and scheduling .
• Oversee shipment and receipt of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Design, implement, and update warehouse layout (layout planning) for optimal space utilization.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service-level agreements (SLAs), both Inbound and Outbound.
• Collaborate on demand planning and human capital (HC) projections.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor and control workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Proficient in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level) for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with WMS platforms and KPIs implementation.
• Knowledge of and adherence to operational SOPs and continuous improvement practices.
• Conversational English (80%) – Essential.
