Vestas is seeking an Administrative professional for full-time work in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating service activities to support wind energy operations and customers worldwide.

The incumbent will optimize work orders, ensure crew readiness, and maintain alignment with demand, while promoting Vestas' commitment to diversity and inclusion across its global teams.

Formación

• Experience in coordinating smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems).
• Technical and planning framework understanding.
• Professional experience in a comparable position; service technician background desirable.
• Salesforce knowledge desirable.
• SAP knowledge desirable.
• Good IT skills and experience with databases and planning tools.
• English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Balance assigned region orders to minimize turbine downtime and maximize productivity.
• Ensure service crew composition is up to date and aligned with demand.
• Plan and monitor tools, parts & services before crew mobilization.
• Prepare and assign works for region and tasks to fit needs and skills.
• Assign service appointments by organizing crew composition on short term.
• Provide timely communication to crews and partners.
• Monitor KPIs related to Planning & Scheduling.
• Confirm readiness for works to be implemented (system).
• Prepare 12-week long-term and 3-week detail planning.
• Bundle and optimize work order composition.
• Create purchase requests.
• Promote improvements with Stakeholders (TPL, SCO, etc.).
• Review performed works at week-end.

Administrative | Full-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics

The Service Department is responsible for the proper functioning of our customers' wind farms. In this sense, we ensure the performance of each turbine throughout its useful life. We guarantee that the turbines are operational at their maximum capacity, providing the best energy yield for customers. As such, the team is crucial for us to maintain a loyal and long-term relationship with our customers. The dispatcher is responsible to plan and schedule all types of work orders in the established field of operations for the maintenance of wind turbines.

Responsabilities:

• Balance all assigned region orders to ensure minimum wind turbine downtime and maximum productivity
• Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
• Plan and monitor tools, parts & services on time before crew mobilization
• Prepare, level out & assign works for the region & tasks of responsibility, to deliver best match for needs and potential. (i.e weather conditions & skills)
• Assign service appointment to service crew by organizing service crew composition on short term
• Deliver on time communication to crews and partners
• Monitor key performance indicator related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control
• Confirm readiness for works to be implemented (system).
• Prepare 12-week planning (long-term planning) / short term planning (3-week detail plan)
• Bundle and optimize work order composition
• Create purchase requests
• Ensure improvement loop with stakeholders regarding: Technical Panning (TPL), Supply Chain Operations (SCO)& work efficiency.
• Review of performed works end of week.

Qualifications:
