Placements24 is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences on adaptive platforms. This fully remote role can be performed from home in or near Aguascalientes, MX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, focusing on e-learning and digital content development.
• Proven experience designing for adaptive or personalized learning systems.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and assessment design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, courses, and modules for adaptive learning platforms.
• Apply instructional design theories to create personalized learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate content into learning objectives and activities.
• Create assessments and activities that measure learning outcomes in adaptive environments.
• Utilize authoring tools and learning technologies to build digital content.
• Analyze data to evaluate content effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Ensure content is accessible, culturally relevant, and meets quality standards.
• Stay current with research and best practices in adaptive learning and online pedagogy.
• Provide guidance to SMEs and content developers on instructional design best practices.
• Contribute to continual improvement of instructional design processes and standards.
