Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design with a portfolio.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and pedagogy.
• Experience with multimedia development and LMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Create multimedia content, including videos, interactive simulations, graphics, and audio.
• Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and structure course content.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build courses.
• Ensure courses are accessible, user-friendly, and provide a positive learning experience.
• Manage course development projects from start to finish, adhering to timelines and budgets.
