Safran Cabin in Tijuana, Mexico seeks a Risk Director to lead the Enterprise Risk Management program across the company and subsidiaries. You will serve as the Business Process Manager for the risk process and report to the EVP, Quality, Continuous Improvement & Risks.

You will identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks and ensure compliance with GRP-059. The role requires 10+ years in project/program management and international aerospace experience, with fluent English; French preferred.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years' experience in project management, program management, commercial activities, and/or managerial roles within Business Units.
  • Fluent in English; French is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Safran Cabin's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across all entities, processes, and major programs.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks; develop and track mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with GRP-059 and RiTo2 risk management tool usage; consolidate risk data and present to Risk Committee and COMEX.
  • Collaborate with Division Leaders and Site GMs to establish risk objectives and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support crisis management program; participate in crisis teams and deliver awareness training.

In this role, you will serve as the Business Process Manager (BPM) for the RSK process, "Managing by Risks." This position reports directly to the EVP, Quality, Continuous Improvement & Risks.Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Safran Cabin's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across all entities, processes, and major programs.• Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks that may impact the achievement of business objectives.• Partner with risk owners to develop, implement, and track risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.• Ensure compliance with Safran risk management procedures (GRP-059) and effective utilization of the RiTo2 risk management tool.• Consolidate and analyze company-wide risk data, including risk exposure trends, risk ratings, risk mappings, and mitigation plans.• Prepare and present risk assessments and recommendations to the Risk Committee and Executive Committee (COMEX) for review and decision-making.• Evaluate risk management maturity across entities and processes using the established maturity framework (GRF-0050).• Collaborate with Division Leaders and Site General Managers to establish annual risk management objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Crisis Management• Support the Company's crisis management program by participating in crisis response teams during significant events.• Develop and deliver crisis management awareness and training programs for leaders and key stakeholders.• Coordinate and facilitate periodic crisis management exercises to assess preparedness and response effectiveness.• Provide guidance and methodological support to sites and business units in establishing crisis management processes appropriate to the level of risk and severity of potential events.• Promote a proactive culture of business continuity, resilience, and emergency preparedness across the organization.Documentary Risk Management• Partner with Human Resources to ensure documentary risk training completion rates meet established company objectives and compliance requirements.• Monitor training metrics and identify opportunities to improve employee awareness and engagement.• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to strengthen understanding and ownership of documentary risk management practices.• Support the development and maintenance of documentary risk controls and best practices across the organization.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.Experience: At least 10 years' experience in project management, program management, commercial activities, and/or managerial roles within Business Units.Other Skills: In-depth knowledge of the aeronautic industry sector in an international context, strong communication and network facilitation skills, solid experience in transversal management, ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment and/or reach compromise in contexts involving diverging interests and significant business stakes.Preferred Skills: Fluent in English, speaking/understanding French preferred,But what else?
