To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Director, Operations Engineering located in Guadalajara North, Campus. Reporting to the VP, Operations. The Director, Operations Engineering will be responsible for defining and executing the long‑term roadmap and strategic vision for Advanced Assembly, SMT manufacturing, and next‑generation technologies, ensuring scalable industrialization, successful new product introductions, and sustainable operational excellence.
What a typical day looks like:
BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience. 10+ years in manufacturing, including at least 7 years in management roles. Highly technical background with hands‑on experience leading and operating advanced manufacturing laboratories, including product launches, SMT operations, process characterization, and manufacturing industrialization, in high‑complexity environments. Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), including product and new technology launches, from concept and validation through production ramp‑up. Strong expertise with large, high‑density components, including BGA packages up to 100 × 100, ensuring robust process development, assembly reliability, and product quality.
