Job summary

You will establish quality objectives, manage supplier quality, lead CAPA and audits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing, ISO 9001 and relevant

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience in a B2B manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience
• Experience establishing and implementing a QMS in a greenfield manufacturing operation
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FDA (where applicable), NSF, UL, and CE regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead quality across Mexico and Texas facilities
• Develop and maintain QMS; drive improvement and COPQ metrics
• Oversee supplier quality management and PPAP/APQP processes
• Lead customer quality interactions and internal audits
