DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to shape the Contract Logistics growth strategy focused on eCommerce and omnichannel solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, IT, and finance to win new business, manage key accounts, and design value propositions that meet evolving customer needs.

• 10+ years in Contract Logistics or 3PL with eCommerce focus.
• 5+ years in leadership roles in BD, Sales, or Operations.
• Experience managing key accounts and high-value projects.
• Strong omnichannel logistics design knowledge.
• Experience in pricing, tenders and business case development.
• Knowledge of automation and digital logistics technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Contract Logistics at regional/national level with focus on eCommerce and omnichannel clients.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in retail, eCommerce, and D2C sectors.
• Lead tenders (RFPs/RFQs) including omnichannel solution design, pricing, and negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build scalable, customer-centric propositions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, marketplaces, and partners.
• Analyze market trends to anticipate growth opportunities and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee implementation of new operations and ensure speed, accuracy, and service excellence.
• Drive innovation in logistics solutions and digital capabilities.
• Lead and develop BD and sales teams focused on digital/customer-centric solutions.
• Prepare executive reports and monitor KPIs.
