Torex Gold Resources Inc. is seeking a Director, Mineral Resources to provide corporate leadership for Mineral Resource estimation, reconciliation, and public disclosures.
The role serves as the Qualified Person for Mineral Resources, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across Torex Gold. The successful candidate will lead geological modelling, mentor site teams, and support technical due diligence for acquisitions.
Reporting to the Vice President, Mine Technical Services, the Director, Mineral Resources provides corporate technical leadership and governance for Mineral Resource estimation, reconciliation, and related public disclosures across Torex Gold. As the Company's designated Qualified Person for Mineral Resources, the Director is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of Mineral Resource estimates and applicable exploration disclosures.
This role requires the technical depth to independently evaluate complex geological models and estimates, together with the leadership maturity to guide, challenge, and mentor site teams without taking over their work. The Director will work with stakeholders ranging from site geologists and technical specialists to executives and the Board and will support technical due diligence for potential acquisitions. The position is based in Canada and requires travel to site approximately every four to six weeks.

Final compensation will be determined based on the comprehensive review of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and external benchmark data for comparable roles.
