Torex Gold Resources Inc. is seeking a Director, Mineral Resources to provide corporate leadership for Mineral Resource estimation, reconciliation, and public disclosures.

The role serves as the Qualified Person for Mineral Resources, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across Torex Gold. The successful candidate will lead geological modelling, mentor site teams, and support technical due diligence for acquisitions.

Formación

• Post-secondary degree in Geology or related geoscience.
• P.Geo. registration with a recognized association.
• Qualified to act as Qualified Person for Mineral Resources under NI 43-101.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive mining/mining consulting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain corporate systems for Mineral Resource governance.
• Oversee and review Mineral Resource estimates for regulatory compliance.
• Act as Torex’s Qualified Person for Mineral Resources for public disclosures.
• Develop and oversee reconciliation standards across Torex operations.
• Review reconciliation results and approve reporting to auditors.
• Provide technical guidance on exploration disclosures.
• Support technical due diligence for acquisitions.
• Identify technologies to improve Mineral Resource estimation and governance.
