Job summary

Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Director for Marketing Program Governance (MPG) to lead the NOCC-based MPG team.

You will oversee operational delivery, talent development, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, compliant support and high-quality outcomes. You will partner with US MPG leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, optimize service delivery, and expand MPG services within the NOCC model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Governance, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing managers or professionals.
• Experience leading global or offshore operational teams.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing MPG team to deliver governance services.
• Oversee day-to-day MPG service delivery, workload planning, and performance metrics.
• Partner with US MPG leaders to align priorities and staffing needs.
• Standardize content approval and digital engagement using Agile methods.
• Define requirements, SOPs, and workflows for the NOCC MPG team and partners.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies.
