Overview

Develops and implements a strategic marketing plan oriented towards increasing the company's brand presence in the Mexican market. Analyzes current structure, programs, and forecasts, and suggests immediate action plans if needed to achieve company objectives over the next 5 years. Contributes significantly to improving nutrition, personal care, and direct selling markets. Identifies opportunities for development and commercial growth.

Job Qualifications

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Master's degree preferred in a related field.
  • Experience with MLM is preferred.
  • Highly skilled in managing markets, agencies, and communication media.
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
