• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years related manufacturing or technical experience.
• 5+ years management experience in a business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, monitor and oversee the activities of a mission critical high volume manufacturing plant.
• Set manufacturing and operations strategic direction and drive cost, quality, schedule, inventory and delivery targets.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve processes and outcomes.
• Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
