Stryker is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations and Business Excellence to lead a high-volume plant in Tijuana,BC Mex. You will design and oversee manufacturing operations, set strategic direction, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to deliver quality, cost, schedule, and inventory targets.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage large projects, transfer products, and mentor teams in CI, while partnering with senior leaders to align plans with business goals and ensure

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years related manufacturing or technical experience.
• 5+ years management experience with proven leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, monitoring and oversight of a high-volume manufacturing plant.
• Set manufacturing and operations strategic direction and meet quality, cost, schedule and inventory targets.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, product transfers and new technology implementations.
• Mentor teams in Lean, Six Sigma and change management at all levels.
