Job Description Summary:

As part of the Digital strategy, we are creating an end-to-end digital ecosystem to interact with consumers through financial services and Point of Sales Optimization. The Director of Financial Services & Yomp Expansion - LATAM will focus on designing, adapting, planning, and launching these initiatives across Latin America.

  • Lead the launch and expansion of this digital ecosystem.
  • Define the vision for Coca-Cola's digital future and establish necessary partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills for external partnerships.
  • Lead commercial strategies for ecosystem initiatives in LATAM.
  • Develop and implement business plans and 3-year business cases for LATAM & Financial Services Projects.
  • Foster a new working culture within the Digital Transformation organization.

Supervisory responsibilities: Potentially oversee external partners designing technology, commercial, and operational solutions.

Key Success Parameters:

Experience:

  • Over 5 years leading teams across multiple countries.
  • Experience in e-commerce, commercial strategy, franchise leadership, marketing, and financial acumen.

Competencies:

  • Team player, creative, influential, results-oriented, strong communicator, negotiator, self-motivated, data-driven.

Technical Skills:

  • Background in Marketing & Commercial Strategy.
  • Experience with communication in large organizations, route-to-market processes, OBPPC architecture, and project management.

Work Focus:

Recommend and implement marketplace solutions, replicate Point of Sales solutions across LATAM, challenge current franchise models, and develop new business models involving multiple stakeholders.

Communication Focus:

  • Align strategies and targets within LATAM and with external partners.
