Job Description Summary:

The E2E Strategy team is central to planning marketing strategies in Latam. This role leads experience design and implementation for regional plans, integrating marketing functions to create cohesive strategies that connect with consumers and influence their purchase behavior. The team plays a vital role in how marketing initiatives are brought to life for consumers, delivering transformational impact by helping categories recruit effectively through tailored audiences (WINR).

  • Drive consumer and shopper experience thinking as the E2E Experience Design Strategy Director.

  • Design marketing plans around the E2E consumer journey and shopper path to enhance conversion, focusing on experience orchestration and consistency.

  • Align brand strategies with a consumer-centric ecosystem leveraging owned, earned, shared, paid touchpoints, and brand assets.

  • Link brand experiences with business goals to improve WINR conversion.

  • Develop audience planning approaches for deeper consumer insights, segmentation, and meaningful experiences.

  • Collaborate with Studio X to manage the social media cycle for effective consumer engagement.

  • Design digital platform experiences to gather data and boost engagement.

  • Create innovative influencer strategies targeting younger audiences.

  • Use data to generate insights that accelerate recruitment and activate consumer data effectively.

  • Have a strong grasp of data analytics and their application in business growth.

  • Contribute to brand and creative strategies at the category level.

  • Lead integrated brand experiences across multiple touchpoints efficiently.

  • Connect consumer insights to holistic brand experiences.

  • Understand the evolving media landscape, e-commerce, retail media, and digital platforms.

  • Work effectively with external partners such as agencies, media, influencers, and digital partners.

Related Work Experience:
  • Over 13 years in marketing.

  • Experience with consumer and shopper marketing plans preferred.

  • Experience in digital marketing, data, and media required.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

  • Proven ability to lead strategic discussions and stakeholder negotiations.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese required.
