• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability rating systems (LEED AP, BREEAM, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
• Experience managing projects in diverse geographical regions is an advantage.
