Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director de Desarrollo de Marca de Belleza to lead brand initiatives for a growing beauty portfolio. This fully remote role allows you to steer strategy from anywhere in Mexico, translating consumer insights into compelling narratives.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to craft campaigns, manage budgets, and engage influencers, while upholding brand consistency across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in brand management in beauty or consumer goods.
• Proven success in launching impactful brand campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Excellent leadership and presentation abilities.
• Remote-work capable with self-discipline.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors.
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
