Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the company’s long-term financial strategy and strategic planning process.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and executing corporate financial strategies.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and data analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and lead dispersed teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
