Placements24 seeks a strategic Gerente de Desarrollo Inmobiliario to lead major development projects in Querétaro City, overseeing site acquisition through sales. The role demands experience in finance, market analysis, and lifecycle management of complex real estate ventures.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and partners, ensuring on-schedule delivery within budget while driving growth and optimization of portfolio assets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of land use regulations, construction processes, and real estate finance in Querétaro.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and external consultants effectively; proficiency in PM software and financial modeling tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development sites and opportunities in Querétaro.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Secure permits, zoning approvals, and entitlements.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and development partners.
• Oversee construction phase, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for completed developments.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, funding, and cash flow projections.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities affecting development.
