Placements24 seeks an experienced Arquitecto de Proyectos de Expansión Comercial to drive new commercial developments in Querétaro. You will translate market needs into functional spaces, leading a team of engineers, developers and marketers from concept to delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, an architectural license, and at least 7 years in commercial architecture, with strong project management and local permitting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in commercial architecture.
• Architectural license is required.
• Experience with local building regulations and permitting processes in Querétaro.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design and planning for new commercial developments and expansions in Querétaro City.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses for potential locations.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and specs for retail, office, and mixed-use spaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants through the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with municipal regulations, zoning laws, and codes for Querétaro.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control for all projects.
• Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to meet market demands.
