Placements24 is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Specialist for a leading FMCG client. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico while optimizing supply chain operations through digital tools and modern analytics.

You will analyze data with Power BI and Tableau, oversee ERP/WMS/TMS integrations, collaborate with logistics, procurement and sales teams, and contribute to the long-term digital transformation roadmap.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics or IT-related field.
• 4+ years in supply chain with focus on digital transformation and tech adoption.
• Experience with supply chain software, ERP, WMS, TMS, and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong understanding of planning, procurement, warehousing, and transportation.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the Bienes de consumo masivo (FMCG) industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Supply Chain Specialist to join their team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Mexico. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our client's supply chain operations through the implementation and management of advanced digital tools and technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage digital solutions to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and resilience.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement using advanced analytics tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, logistics, and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of digital tools.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital supply chain management and recommend innovative solutions.
• Facilitate training and support for users of new digital supply chain platforms.
• Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain digitalization strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and technology implementation.
• Proven experience with supply chain software, ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Experience in the Bienes de consumo masivo (FMCG) sector is highly desirable.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space suitable for remote work.
