DRS ANALYST

Location: Tultitlán, Estado de México

Reporting directly to the Inbound Manager, you will collaborate with various teammates within territory teams such as Inbound Transportation, Planning, and MPO. Building on strong trust, partnership, and collaboration, you will work in an energetic and professional environment to achieve results.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a DRS Analyst dedicated to customer satisfaction, capacity, and cost efficiency by leveraging Nike's supply chain network to ensure on-time product delivery. You will represent your function in cross-functional meetings, interact with different team members, and utilize tools, reports, and systems to facilitate the movement of goods.

Ideal candidates will be capable of learning and growing within this priority business model for Mexico:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of progressive analytics experience in operations and logistics
• Proven written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an interest in data storytelling
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SAP systems

What You’ll Work On

This role offers the opportunity to support the end-to-end movement of products from origin to customer, working with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. As this business model develops in the territory, there are ample opportunities for growth and contribution to a winning team:

• Analyzing customer purchase patterns to identify opportunities to increase DRS buy
• Tracking orders and shipments, coordinating with teams for customer appointments
• Maintaining DRS shipping rules to ensure container loading efficiency and proper cargo flow
• Executing billing processes for external customers and ensuring timely sharing
• Monitoring container arrivals and dispatch until delivery to the customer’s DC
• Building DRS forecasts to improve visibility for capacity planning
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional partners to facilitate continuous process improvements, align new business requirements, and update standard operating procedures
