Flextronics in Guadalajara is seeking a Buyer Direct to coordinate purchasing of direct materials, components and equipment for the production line. You will report to the Director, Materials and ensure timely procurement to support manufacturing needs.

The role requires 2–4 years in procurement, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships while maintaining accurate records and timely invoicing.

Formación

• 2–4 years procurement experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ERP software.
• Ability to read, research and interpret business materials; write reports and procedures.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relations with suppliers.
• Place orders for raw materials and purchased parts per production needs.
• Receive and handle confirmations; adjust orders per production plan.
• Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Monitor stock levels weekly and minimize obsolescence.
• Approve invoices for payment and maintain procurement records.
• Conduct supplier reviews and ensure delivery schedules meet requirements.
