Job summary

Ford México seeks a Dimensional Control Engineer to join the Manufacturing team in Hermosillo. You will apply GD&T, interpret inspection data, and drive process capability improvements across stamping and assembly.

Responsibilities include data review, calibration control, and leading lean and problem-solving efforts with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering relevant to manufacturing.
• Graduate with knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply GD&T and tolerance interpretation to manufacturing processes.
• Review inspection data and ensure data integrity across measurements.
• Lead process capability analyses and lean initiatives.
• Support daily production and maintenance with engineering actions.
• Coach teams in measurement systems analysis and root-cause methods.
