A leading company in Sealing Technologies seeks a Digital Process Lead to enhance operational efficiencies through digitalization. This role involves automating workflows and implementing digital tools like Power BI. Candidates should have a technical degree and experience in IT support or digital process leadership. Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for digitalizing operational and administrative processes on the shop floor.
Implement digital tools that streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization.
Design interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for operational and managerial teams.
Automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms.
Provide first-level technical support and basic training to shop floor users on new digital tools.
Collaborate with continuous improvement teams to implement efficiency and productivity projects.
Document processes, solutions, and digital best practices implemented across operations.
Act as the first point of IT contact for immediate technology needs on the floor.
Technical diploma or university degree in Systems, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Previous experience as an IT support technician, analyst, or digital process lead in operational environments (manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Power BI: data modeling, visualization, and integration with external sources. ( Must have)
Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, scripts, macros, etc.). (Must have)
Hands-on experience with collaborative platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Forms).
Ability to work closely with non-technical users and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Preferred: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
