A leading automotive company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the lead management process and support dealers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include optimizing KPIs, providing training to dealers, and collaborating with the zone team. This role is located in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico.

This position involves working closely with dealers in Mexico City and the metropolitan area.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

  • General Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing and a sales background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a significant plus.
  • Specific Experience: Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and digital campaign performance analysis (performance marketing).
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Social Media Ads platforms), web analytics platforms (Google Analytics is essential).
Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete digital and "Dealer Contact" lead process: This includes daily follow-up with dealers at each stage of the funnel and ensuring that all prospect management (digital and direct contact) is correctly recorded in the CRM for traceability and sales force follow-up.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize conversion KPIs: This involves constant monitoring of key metrics such as conversion percentage, response time, lead quality, etc., and the definition and implementation of action plans (MoM) together with the zone team to improve these indicators.
  • Provide direct advice, support, and training to dealers: Offer personalized support, help them understand and improve their lead management processes, train them in the use of tools and digital best practices, and follow up on their improvement plans.
  • Support and supervise dealers' digital initiatives: Advise on their digital campaigns, ensure their correct connection and integration with the CRM to measure ROI and KPIs, review their social media publications, and contribute to demand generation and digital product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the zone team and conduct field visits: Work jointly with zone managers or digital supervisors and periodically visit dealers to strengthen relationships, evaluate on-site performance, and offer practical support.
