Position summary:

The Rainforest Alliance is looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing & Digital team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our website and email marketing campaigns inform, inspire, and drive action around the world.

As a key member of the web team, you’ll be responsible for publishing new content, maintaining and optimizing existing web pages, and supporting major projects like website redesigns and the development of new digital features. You’ll also handle the execution and performance tracking of our external email campaigns, helping us connect with global audiences in a meaningful way.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an eye for detail, strong critical thinking and project management skills, and an aim to make a difference for people and nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Publish content on the Rainforest Alliance’s website in WordPress in up to 10 languages;
  • Support machine translations of new and updated content:
  • Build website landing pages using existing templates:
  • Handle the end-to-end execution of email campaigns in Pardot, including email set-up, QA, A/B testing, scheduling, reporting, and content calendar management:
  • Work closely with various content owners across the organization to field requests for content updates and email development;
  • Support as needed with list management needs such as audience selection, queries, list updates and processing, data matching, administrative and Customer-relationship management-related requests;
  • Continually learn techniques and best practices for emerging web design, user experience, and content strategy trends; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English (Required).
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a time critical manner.
  • Fluency in basic HTML; experience with CSS a plus
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills2+ years of online publishing experience; experience using WordPress or similar CMS desired
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop to edit and optimize photos for online
  • publishing
  • Demonstrated experience handling and building responsive email campaigns; experience using Pardot a plus
  • Experience using Litmus or a similar email testing platform for QA a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in conservation and/or sustainable development

Salary: Commensurate with experience
