Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Product Area Owner responsible for the delivery of infrastructure & onsite services, including IOS (End User services, Core Network, Servers & Storage). The role involves managing the team, their inter-relationships, and the business value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans aligned with business priorities.
- Manage budget and financial follow-up for the area.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and support collaboration within and outside the area, including IT business partners.
- Empower teams by building skills, competencies, and fostering an agile mindset.
- Encourage simplification, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Nurture collaboration, transparency, and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Manage, as line manager, the professional development of team members through coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure capabilities are developed and maintained in compliance with architecture and security guidelines, until decommissioning.
- Manage local demand and delivery of IT infrastructure services.
- Lead and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft platforms, Agile, ITIL, PMI).
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
