Position name: Digital Product Area Owner
Mission:
Responsible for the delivery of Infrastructure & Onsite Services and the team, their inter-relationships, and business value proposition.
IOS (End User services, Core Network, Servers & Storage).
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans aligned with business priorities
- Manage budget and financial follow-up for the area
- Manage cross-team dependencies and support collaboration both within and outside the area, and IT business partners
- Actively work for team empowerment, building the needed skills, competencies, and trust for teams to take ownership of shared capabilities and cultivate an agile mindset
- Strive for simplification, encourage waste reduction, and continuous improvement
- Nurture collaboration, stimulate great conversation, and ensure transparency among stakeholders
- Manage, as line manager, the professional development and support career development of team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure capabilities are developed and maintained in compliance with architecture and security guidelines, meeting quality expectations until decommissioning
- Manage local demand and deliveries of IT infrastructure services
- Lead and ensure proper implementation of infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft platforms, Agile, ITIL, PMI)
- Experience working in multicultural environments
