Overview

Mexico City (Polanco) | Full-time | On-site

We’re looking for a Digital Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing (TikTok + Community).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create, manage, and operate content for all official company social media accounts, including planning, publishing, and maintenance.
  2. Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of content production, with strong skills in video shooting and editing.
  3. Develop clear and effective strategies for social media platform growth, driving follower growth and engagement while showcasing proven success cases.
  4. Monitor industry trends and hotspots on mainstream social platforms, focusing on emerging opportunities and new product dynamics. Promote fan engagement and media attention through social interaction activities.
  5. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and product teams, to ensure high-quality content aligned with the brand identity.
Qualifications
  1. Exceptional English writing and reading skills; strong copywriting abilities in Spanish.
  2. Strong skills in content creation & editing (Adobe Suite, video, photo, illustration).
  3. A degree in marketing, advertising, design, or communications is preferred.
  4. At least 3 years of experience managing social media platforms.
  5. Active social media user with an in-depth understanding of various platforms.
  6. Proven background in planning and executing online interactive activities, with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
  7. Passionate about content creation, with strong video editing skills and a portfolio of relevant work; basic data analysis skills are required.
  8. Energetic, hard-working, and a true team player; logical and detail oriented.
  9. Excellent listening skills, curiosity, and a passion for embracing challenges; unafraid to share and advocate for your ideas.
