Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on e-retailers' websites, including category recommendations.
- Participating in and overseeing content production—translations, proofreading, and content checks to ensure correctness and alignment with eRetailer requirements (graphics and text), as well as proper SEO optimization.
- Conducting ongoing research of e-Retailers' functionalities, widgets, and features.
- Editing and creating Product Detail Pages.
- Staying up-to-date with eCommerce trends.
- Analyzing performance data, conducting research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Maintaining day-to-day contact with clients and eRetailers.
- Conducting client status meetings.
- Monitoring seasonal content and deals.
- Uploading and correcting content.
- Renaming assets, uploading, downloading, segregation.
- Managing files, adjusting databases, data migration, and PIM maintenance.
Nice to Have:
- Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically with e-retailers such as Amazon and Walmart.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
- eCommerce experience in FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas.
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher).
