Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' websites, including category recommendations.
- Participating in and overseeing content production—translations, proofreading, checking content accuracy, and alignment with eRetailer requirements (both graphics and text), as well as SEO optimization.
- Conducting ongoing research of e-Retailers' functionalities, widgets, and features.
- Editing and creating Product Detail Pages.
- Staying up-to-date with eCommerce trends.
- Analyzing performance data, conducting research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Maintaining day-to-day communication with clients and eRetailers.
- Conducting client status meetings and updates.
- Monitoring seasonal content and deals.
- Uploading and correcting content.
- Ensuring full compliance with each brand’s guidelines and legal requirements.
- Renaming assets, uploading, downloading, and segregating files.
- Managing files, adjusting databases, and data migration, along with PIM maintenance.
- Independently tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically with e-retailers such as Amazon and Walmart.
- Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.
- Proven success in optimizing product listings and increasing visibility through SEO strategies on eRetailers.
- Expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Brand Stores.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
- eCommerce experience in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
- Advanced English level (at least C1).
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with other major US market e-Retailers in the FMCG space (e.g., Target).
- Proofreading experience.
