Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations.
  2. Participation and overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimized (SEO recommendations).
  3. Ongoing research of e-Retailers functionalities, widgets, and features.
  4. Editing / creating Product Detail Pages.
  5. Being up to date with eCommerce trends.
  6. Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights.
  7. Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers.
  8. Conducting client statuses and meetings.
  9. Seasonal content/deals monitoring.
  10. Uploading and correcting the content.
  11. Full knowledge of each brand’s guidelines and legal requirements.
  12. Assets renaming, upload, download, segregation.
  13. Files management, database adjustments, and data migration, PIM maintenance.
  14. Independently keeping track and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically in e-retailers, including Amazon and Walmart.
  2. Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.
  3. Proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through SEO strategies on eRetailers.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Brand Stores.
  5. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  6. Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
  7. eCommerce experience in FMCG.
  8. Good analytical and project management skills.
  9. Team player with excellent communication skills.
  10. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  11. Attention to detail.
  12. Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas.
  13. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
  14. Advanced English level - at least C1.
  15. Nice to have: Familiarity with other major US market e-Retailers in the FMCG space (e.g., Target). Experience with proofreading.
