Role Description
- Creating and optimising Brand Store
- Designing store architecture (home page, subpages, categories)
- Implementing and updating layouts in Amazon Store Builder
- Selecting and uploading content: banners, lifestyle photos, descriptions, videos, CTAs
- Implementing A/B tests (e.g., different page layouts, messages, product collections)
- Strategy and performance analysis
- Preparing a Brand Store strategy focusing on UX, storytelling, and sales
- Monitoring results (Store Insights, Brand Analytics)
- Data-driven optimisation: heatmaps, clicks, user paths
- Proposing improvements to increase CTR, conversions, and time spent on the site
- Proofreading and checking content for correctness, SEO optimisation, uploading, and editing
- Files management, database adjustments, data migration, PIM maintenance
- Collaborating with creatives, briefing graphic designers and copywriters
- Ensuring brand image consistency across store, listings, and advertising
- Participating in client meetings as a Brand Store specialist
- Advising on content, website architecture, and brand experience improvements
- Reporting results and providing optimisation recommendations
- Managing and optimising online product catalogs to enhance visibility and conversions on e-retailer websites, including category recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience in eRetail, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores
- Excellent knowledge of Amazon Store Builder and Brand Analytics
- Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor models
- Practical knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles
- Experience in optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers
- Knowledge of PIM tools such as Salsify
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO practices and tools like Helium10 or Jungle Scout
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail
- Assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas
- Advanced English level - at least C1+
