Role at a Glance

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Demand Generation team in Guadalajara. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and landing pages that drive pipeline and engagement. You’ll play a key part in our marketing operations, ensuring best practices in deliverability, segmentation, and reporting.

Role and Key Responsibilities

Below please find the key responsibilities of the role; other responsibilities or duties might be assigned as necessary.

Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Build, test, and deploy marketing emails and landing pages in HubSpot to support demand generation initiatives
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, nurture cadence, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with content, design, and demand gen teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and effective
  • Maintain and update marketing assets in HubSpot
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on key email and landing page metrics (delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, conversions)
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Perform frequent A/B tests and leverage results to inform future campaigns
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices are followed, leveraging deliverability tools as needed
Process & Project Management
  • Complete assigned tasks within defined SLAs and support strategic projects related to email and landing page optimization
  • Document processes and contribute to the development of scalable marketing automation workflows
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and executing email and landing page campaigns in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, formatting, segmentation, and nurture strategies
  • Experience with email deliverability tools and reporting on campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with other marketing technologies (e.g., CMS platforms, CRM, sales engagement platforms, ABM tools) a plus
  • HTML experience is a plus, but not required
  • Fluency in English
