Position Overview

OMI is looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

  • Co-create and implement cross-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
  • Oversee website management in WordPress, including SEO and GEO optimization.
  • Write and refine copy for digital content and ads.
  • Analyze digital performance, generate executive reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate digital audits and competitive research.
  • Manage marketing CRM tools and customer interaction modules.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, propose innovations (AI, automation, etc.), and integrate new tools that elevate our strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus).
  • Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and analytics.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency required.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
