The Digital Marketing Manager shares the story of Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo by leveraging all digital platforms available, through innovation, inspiration and storytelling. This role supports the Director of Public Relations & Digital MARCOM in executing strategies in digital marketing, social media, content development, and online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by weekly management of analytics and reporting. This position requires a strong background in strategy and content development, deep knowledge of social media and digital marketing tactics, planning and campaign development, reputation management, campaign performance, and a passion for the luxury landscape in addition to strong project management skills. The individual must be a productive self‑starter capable of managing multiple projects, strong at multi‑tasking, prioritization, collaborating with internal departments, and leading external agency partner relations.
