• 4+ años en roles de manufactura o consultoría enfocados en transformación digital.
• Experiencia específica en planificación CAPEX, gobernanza de datos, y plataformas digitales.

Danone is seeking an OT Operation Technology Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operational technology systems within the manufacturing environment. This role is essential for ensuring the availability and reliability of automation infrastructure, networked devices, and data collection systems. Operating under the guidance of the Digital Transformation Manager, the technician enables digital continuity between machines, control systems, and business platforms.

Degrees related to Engineering, Finance, Business, or Administration (preferred).

Master’s degree (preferred).

4+ years in manufacturing or consulting roles focused on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, or operational excellence. Proven track record leading cross-functional digital projects with financial impact.

Experience in global and local interactions in English. Experience in financial, budgeting, and resource allocation matters (required). Knowledge of Industrial Safety, Food Safety, and ISO Standards (preferred).

Advanced understanding of OEE, predictive maintenance, digital KPIs, and smart factory systems (e.g., IoT, dashboards, automation). Experience with CAPEX planning, data governance, and integration of digital platforms.

Visionary leadership with the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and lead organizational change in a fast-paced environment.

Strong influencing, soft skills, and communication skills to engage and align technical and operational stakeholders. Strategic thinking with a strong execution drive. High stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership. Data-driven, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented mindset.
