Takeda ICC in Mexico City is seeking a Digital Learning Analyst to develop and maintain the learning ecosystem, delivering engaging training programs for IT platforms and AI tooling. You will partner with technical SMEs to translate tacit knowledge into practical content for non-technical audiences.

The role requires 2+ years in a domain-technical learning context, strong content creation skills, and proficiency with Office 365, Power Automate/BI, and AI tooling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Education, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a role combining domain technical work and learning/enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365/Teams/SharePoint, Power Automate/Power BI, Miro/Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Practical writing portfolio or samples of technical guides, labs, templates or job aids.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for DD&T learning topics; produce guides, templates, checklists, and tutorials.
• Create and maintain prompts, guardrails, and demonstration flows for AI.
• Design and build labs, walkthroughs, and sandboxes for hands-on practice.
• Translate SME knowledge into learner-friendly content and performance support.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with Takeda policies and DD&T standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align learning outcomes and assessments.
