ONErpm is seeking a Digital Designer to be the visual engine behind artist releases and corporate communications. You will translate artist identities into impactful graphic pieces for social media, streaming platforms, and internal channels.

You will concept, design, and adapt materials to ensure a cohesive aesthetic across campaigns, with involvement in basic video edits as a plus. Collaborate across teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with strong desktop design skills.
• Experience creating social media assets for campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing banners for DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube).
• Strong typography, color, and composition sense.
• Ability to translate briefs into engaging visual concepts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Design and production of graphic assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter) for company and artist campaigns.
• Create banners and promotional materials for digital platforms, ensuring partner style guide compliance.
• Adapt key visuals and release covers to various formats and resolutions for marketing and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Marketing and A&R to translate creative visions into visuals.
• Support basic video editing or motion graphics for promotional pieces.
• Develop high-impact visual presentations for internal or external use.
• Manage and organize the graphic archive for quick access to current materials.
