Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

• Design social media graphics, newsletters, and marketing collateral that bring our brand to life.
• Create and maintain brand assets for web, presentations, and campaigns.
• Contribute to web and landing page design in collaboration with marketing and tech teams.
• Craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent presentations for internal and client use.
• Add motion to our visuals with light animations using After Effects, Jitter, or similar tools.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools for creative exploration and content generation.
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 2+ years of experience in graphic or digital design, ideally across social, web, and marketing assets.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic motion design skills with After Effects, Jitter, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI image generation platforms (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E) is a plus.
• Experience designing for digital-first campaigns (social, web, newsletters).
• Strong sense of creativity paired with brand consistency and attention to detail.
• Bonus points if you’ve explored UX/UI, ad campaign design, or video editing.
