Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Marketing Consumer Engagement Analyst is a member of the Consumer Data Transformation team responsible for executing the Consumer Loyalty Strategy & engagement calendar within PMF. This involves executing activities across three dimensions:

  1. Loyalty & Engagement Calendar: coordinate and execute strategic activities to generate advocates for our brand initiatives and programs by retaining customers to increase frequency of consumption.
  2. JOY Brand Positioning: coordinate the implementation of the new brand purpose, ensuring all ecosystem platforms and channels (internal and external) are aligned with the brand strategy and desired positioning.
  3. Project Management: ensure all technical teams are aligned with the engagement calendar to execute it on time, ensuring budget efficiency and quality.

Your Impact

As a Brand Analyst, your responsibilities include:

The Marketing Consumer Engagement Analyst executes the Engagement and Loyalty agenda in PMF. The role involves coordinating the deployment of the Loyalty engagement strategy, translating needs into actionable plans with clear consumer value, and aligning internal and external stakeholders with the engagement calendar, JOY brand strategy, and digital deployment.

  • Coordinate to deliver and deploy the brand’s engagement calendar across platforms.
  • Guarantee recurrence in ecosystem platforms through communication and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver value to consumers through technology.
  • Manage budget planning and partner contracts.
  • Coordinate the JOY brand strategy and equity to position it as a digital product in the market.
  • Implement consumer value propositions to retain consumers within JOY and foster brand loyalty through cross-channel experiences.
  • Manage the always-on rewards catalog to offer continuous value to consumers.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Digital or customer-centricity studies or diplomas are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Experience

Skilled analyst with understanding of the consumer goods industry’s end-to-end value chain and commercial processes. Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams.

Professional:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technology, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • Experience with digital products or consumer-centric projects is desirable.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to generate insights, applying industry best practices.
  • Results-oriented with a strong execution mindset.
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.

Leadership:

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to execute plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills across organizational levels.
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
