We’re looking for a Digital Ads Specialist who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our clients through smart and strategic advertising. In this role, you’ll help plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising who’s ready to take the next step and join a collaborative, process-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google (preferably), Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Conduct marketing research including audience targeting, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
Define, measure, and report on paid media KPIs
Manage ad budgets for assigned clients and scale campaigns to maximize ROI
Monitor traffic and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and tracking pixels
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for campaigns
Brainstorm, test, and implement conversion strategies
Deliver excellent client service and communicate campaign results
Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience running digital ad campaigns (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (or willingness to complete them with our support)
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager or tracking pixels
Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems
Experience working with small to mid-sized business clients
