Sanmina Corporation seeks a Diagnostic Superintendent to lead quality and test operations in our facility in Mexico. You will direct production test staff to ensure components and products meet standards and company objectives, while driving staffing, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities include developing departmental standards, approving testing methods, specifying tests, compiling data, and recommending equipment or process changes.

Formación

• Bachelor in Engineering, communications and electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Directs personnel and production test personnel to meet company standards and objectives.
• Manages staffing, training and performance management.
• Develops departmental standards and procedures; reviews and approves testing methods.

Prioritizes schedules based on product introduction and manufacturing and engineering schedules. Assists in the evaluation decisions for purchasing test equipment. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
