Job Description

MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES

• 10+ years of overall experience
• 7+ years of experience as a consultant in DevSecOps
• 10+ years of background in software development roles (project management, software development, business analysis, QA)
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (10+ years)
• Experience with agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) (10+ years)
• Knowledge of agile tools
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and related tools like Terraform
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools/platforms like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana

DESIRED TECHNOLOGIES

• Experience in DevOps
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and processes such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Shell, PowerShell, Yaml, JSON
• Cloud experience: GCP, Azure, AWS
• Knowledge in Data, AI, and ML (good to have)
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Agile methodology training or certification (preferred)

PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, design, and high-level artifacts creation
• Deliver high-quality code, lead validation and testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
• Participate in a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect
• Maintain good communication skills
• Work effectively in a multi-vendor, client-facing environment
• Be self-driven and proactive in troubleshooting and enhancements
