Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with teams to enhance software development and operations processes. You’ll design, build, and optimize secure and scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Build automated testing, security scanning, and compliance frameworks for reliable and secure releases.
  • Deploy and maintain monitoring/logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack to ensure visibility, performance, and operational security.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools for consistent and scalable environments.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Drive continuous improvement in system performance, security, and scalability, adhering to DevOps and cloud-native best practices.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Hands-on with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or cloud-native DevOps tools (AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Containerization and orchestration expertise using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Proficiency in monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
  • Scripting and automation skills using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above (for global collaboration).
Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
